I would like some clarification on ladies "sleeveless blouses?"

The rules state no sleeveless shirts...I am guessing this is in reference to tank tops and other very exposing shirts. Which I understand to be "non-professional" looking. But the ladies sleeveless blouses with a collar seem very appropriate in horseshoe pitching as long as a the name and state identification is present. Would this type of shirt be acceptable for the World Tournament?

Howard, The rule on page 39 in the RGS book states no sleeveless shirts and the shirt here posted is a sleeveless shirt, sorry but thats the rule..
