All male pitchers under the age of 70, who wish to pitch at 30’ distance, shall produce a medical form stating their condition yearly at the time of signup or at the time of injury during the year.  An exception to this rule, is that the doctor states that condition is permanent and restricts their ability to pitch horseshoes from the normal distance of 40 ‘.
