What is the take from the NHPA  and other States on pitching in sanction tournaments. Please don't state the rule as I know exactly how it reads (RULE 12 - APPROPRIATE NHPA MEMBER CONDUCT Section C - Dress Code). I just want the opinion of others. Is this a safety issue and if someone gets injured during a sanctioned tournament are they covered under NHPA insurance?
