CASEY SLUYS, CALIFORNIA

Promoter/Organizer: Casey has been a member of the NHPA for over 25 years, elected as Vice President in 1994 and served as a NHPA Officer for 14 years. During his time as a Vice President, he headed the Rules Committee for several years, oversaw judges during the World Tournament and developed Judges Guidelines to assist the judging process at all tournaments. He also served as press and publicity capacities and served the last ten years as NHPA Promotion Director. All the years Casey was a NHPA officer, he continued to serve his local club and the Northern California Charter. Casey Sluys was awarded the Stokes Memorial Award in 2004.
