Player: Frank Stinson’s first World Tournament was in
1924, at age 14 and he won the Junior Boy’s title, pitching from
40’. Fifty-two years later,
Frank won the 1976 Senior Men’s World Championship, going undefeated
while averaging 74.3%. In between
those two titles, he qualified 14 times for the Men’s Championship Class,
winning 247 games with a career average of 73.78%. Frank’s high finish was in 1969 at
sixth place, 27-8 with a 79.3% average.
